I'm a wife, mom of four kids, a group fitness instructor and a coach. As an ACE-Certified Instructor, I've taught a variety of formats including yoga, pilates, cycling and bootcamps at various fitness facilities across three different states. I began teaching eight years ago after my son was born, and have continued on the path ever since!
With each child and move our family has made, I know that changes in our lives can be hectic and time consuming. Often times we want to eliminate what is best for us - taking care of our health!
I love being a mom and wouldn't be who I am without taking care of myself, and passing that example to my children. I'm an advocate of eating mindfully, feeling strong and working each day to be happy.
I'm writing this blog to share things that work for me. I've been gathering insights and wisdom from so many, and wanted one place to put it all. If nothing else, it can be a reminder for what works when those really crazy days happen.
And who knows, hopefully something here might work for you too. I hope so. Because the world needs strong, mindful and deliberate people and families. And we should share ways that work with each other.
I definitely don't have everything figured out and there is still so much to learn. But we're all just trying, right? Let's enjoy the journey together!
