Why "strong and mindful?"


I have voices in my head.  Lots and lots of chatter.  Sometimes they sound like this "I can't, I could never, I won't be able to..."  And it is loud!  I hate that feeling.  It makes it tough to feel good about myself.  

I believe it is a daily choice to pick which one we want to win.   

So why not write about feeling strong and mindful?  Just thinking those words makes me smile, and I hope it does for you too.  Because we could all be a little nicer to ourselves.
