What is a coach?

People deserve to feel good about themselves.  From the inside out. 

You may be starting from scratch and are new to fitness and nutrition.  You may know exercise really well, but want to talk about nutrition.  Or you might know both, but just want to try something new and be accountable for it!

As your coach, we'll talk about your fitness and nutrition goals and find a program that works in your life.  Then, I'll connect you online with a group of individuals on a similar journey.  In this challenge group, you'll receive daily nutrition tips, exercise tips, and motivation to keep you headed toward your specific goal.  

You do the workouts at home.  You make good food choices.  I'll help you along the way and hold you accountable!


Because you are strong.  

Clean eating.  Exercise.  No diets.  No quick fix.  Enjoying a lifestyle that our bodies are made for.  Allowing ourselves be more mentally mindful.


Who doesn't want to feel strong?  Feel mindful?  Feel happy?
